Recipy - Recipe Saver allows users to create, organize, edit, and manage recipes together with ingredients, cooking instructions, notes, categories, and recipe photos.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide lawful content.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Do not use the application for illegal activities.
• You are responsible for all recipes and content you save.

4. Intellectual Property

The application, including its design, graphics, branding, and software, is owned by the developer and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Recipes, photos, and other content you create remain your own responsibility.

5. Premium Features

Some features may require an active subscription or one-time purchase.

All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing.

6. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Subscription management can be performed through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

7. Data Storage

Recipes and images may be stored locally on your device and, if available, synchronized with cloud services for backup purposes.

8. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

9. Disclaimer

The recipes and cooking information stored within the application are provided for personal organization purposes only.

Users are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, food safety, cooking temperatures, and nutritional information before preparing any recipe.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the application.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application if these Terms are violated or misuse is detected.
