2. Description of Service
AI Comic Maker & Manga allows users to generate comic and manga-style images, characters, and stories using artificial intelligence.
3. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload.
- You grant us a limited license to process content for generating results.
- You are responsible for the content you upload.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission;
- Generate content that is abusive, explicit, or violates laws;
- Use the app to impersonate others or create misleading content.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content is for creative and entertainment purposes only. Results may be inaccurate, fictional, or unexpected.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Payments are processed via Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All app design, branding, and software are owned by the developer. Generated content belongs to users, subject to applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
